Hector E. Russomando, President A+ Consulting, Inc.
Hector has 21 years of experience in the IT industry. He has been on the IT Solutions and Staffing industry for the past 17 years. His extensive experience includes Management, Sales, Project Leadership and Software Development. Prior to starting A+ Consulting, Inc., he was responsible for securing and managing multi-million dollar programs with companies such as Kodak, Xerox, Nortel, NY State, FedEx Canada and Sun Microsystems. Hector has been responsible for overseeing multiple operations including recruiting, sales, sub-contracting companies and Project Managers.
Hector is a native of Uruguay, South America and has been a US citizen since 1980. He has lived in the Rochester, NY area since 1979. He attended SUNY Geneseo and graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a Computer Science degree.
His main focus is in the development and growth of A+ Consulting, Inc. across the US.
Sandra Baldino, Vice President, Business Development
Sandy has 20 years experience in the Information Technology industry. Her primary focus has been sales including IT solutions and staffing services, corporate account and relationship management. Sandy has been responsible for securing large scale projects and managing long term account relationships with Fortune 500 Companies including Johnson and Johnson, Bristol Myers Squibb, Merck and M&M Mars. She has successfully interacted at all levels of management within these organizations.
Sandy's career experience prior to the IT business included sales and marketing positions for leading financial institutions. A graduate of Saint Peter's College, Jersey City, New Jersey she holds a BS in Marketing.
Steven Holter, Vice President, Business Development
Steve has over 30 years of Minnesota IT employment market knowledge and experience. His career has comprised of Information Technology roles in Computer Operations, Service Bureau Support, Manufacturing Software Development, Project and Staff Management, and Contract/Consulting services in management and sales positions. He has focused on the Software Consulting Services and Staffing industry within the greater Minneapolis and St. Paul area over the last 22 years.
Prior to joining A+ Consulting, Steve spent 7 years in sales with an IT Consulting firm and built a 3+ million dollar account with a major Healthcare client by supplying them with IT consultants in multiple locations, nation-wide. He also has sales experience in the public sector for the State of Minnesota. Prior to this, Steve was with a national Consulting Company for 15 years and had responsibilities as a Staff Manager, Project Manager, and Technical Lead.
He attended La Crosse State University (Business Administration) and graduated from the Western Wisconsin Technical Institute with a Data Processing and Computer Programming degree.
James Tobin, Manager Recruiting
Jim has over 10 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, successfully placing numerous IT professionals with diverse technical backgrounds.
He is responsible for all activities involved in the recruiting and placement process, including research postings, coordinating, interviewing, resume reviews and revisions, reference checking and closing.
