Manager of Business Systems, IT
I have worked in Rochester, NY my entire career. For over 17 of those years, I have worked with
Hector Russomando. He has been a reliable provider of IT professionals throughout many economic
highs and lows and business swings in this community. Of the many possible IT resource providers
in this market, Hector stands alone in his consistent policies and principles. Hector understands
that maintaining sound relationships in the business community and with staff is one of the primary
ways to become a leader. Hector is such a leader. I can think of many examples of this; handling
a consultant who doesn't fit the engagement and quickly finding a qualified replacement,
maintaining staffing agreements when consultants want to leave prior to completion, anticipating
needs with a host of available qualified consultants, rushing to find a consultant on short notice.
In summary over the past 17 years, I have developed trust in Hector and in A+ Consulting.
I look forward to many more years of the same.

Manager of Business Systems, IT
XX has worked at Genencor International, Inc for a seven month assignment.
The assignment was to assist us with an Oracle 11i Application upgrade with Oracle Process
Manufacturing from version 11.5.3 to 11.5.7. This upgrade went live mid October and XX has
remained with us working on various custom enhancements. It has been a privilege having her
with us.
XX's work is very professional. She is thorough and communicates appropriately and very well.
XX's knowledge of Oracle tools and the Oracle Application Suite is solid. She is self-motivated
requiring little management. The user community that she interacts with is pleased to work with
her. She is comfortable approaching new business areas and comes up to speed easily.
I can't say enough about how pleased I am with her work. Given the opportunity, I would gladly
use XX in a future engagement.

To Whom It May Concern:
I have worked with XXX XXX for over a year. I have been very impressed with his work ethic. He has been
a consistently high performer. He has good technical skills and rapport with out client base. He is
always the first to volunteer for a special project and always completes them on time. Our team will
miss him greatly.
XXX is intent on finding a company in which he can have a lasting career. I'm certain that had the
economy been different he would have been hired full-time at Nexpress. I can only hope that if you are
lucky enough to have his resume come across your desk that you will give it a second look. I truly
think he will be a great asset to any company.
Sincerely,
Team Lead, IS/IT Nexpress Solutions LLC

Mr. Hector Russomando

Dear Mr. Russomando:
An internally developed engineering requirements management application and its associated training
module were recently approved for corporate-wide launch by all of the target product delivery
organizations within Xerox. With just this first release and its associated integrations,
our Xerox team has made a significant step in implementing our strategic systems engineering
tools strategy to help teams improve overall systems engineering capability. The application of this
tool is recognized as a key enabler for "operationalizing" many of our current business imperatives
within the company.
XXX XXX has played a leadership role in developing and preparing this application for launch.
XXX was extremely effective as both the application development project manager and as the lead
software development engineer. I remain very impressed with XXX's capabilities and her efficient
application of software engineering best practices. XXX is one of the most talented software
developers and project managers I have worked with. Repeatedly, XXX helped lead the team to generate
and implement innovative solutions to very difficult workflow and design problems encountered during
development and customer engagement. XXX also put in many hours working from home on off days and
weekends to help the team meet its commitments. I firmly believe that XXX's superior performance
and her practical application of best practices were key factors that enabled the team to deliver a
quality product with limited resources. In addition, XXX's ability to work well with the subject
matter experts and other application teams has made her a pleasure to work with and one of the most
valued and effective contributors on the project.
As a result of XXX's significant contributions, I am recommending her for an appropriate cash award
to be sponsored by her contract agency. I am assuming if this recommendation is accepted, you can
initiate the process and deliver the award no later than December 31, 2002. If this is not the case,
please contact me so we can explore alternate ways to recognize XXX's achievements on this project in
accordance with Xerox policies.
Again, thanks to XXX for her leadership and significant impact in helping to create such an important
piece of infrastructure for the product development and manufacturing communities at Xerox and
congratulations on a successful product launch!
Sincerely,
Manager, Engineering Practices & Tools

XXX XXX has played a major role in developing this application for launch. XXX was one of the
application developers responsible for several major components of the tool, including one of the most
important interfaces required with one of the other key tools. XXX worked very hard delivering his
content on time to support our overall delivery. In addition, XXX's ability to work well with other
team members made him a valued and effective contributor on this complex project. XXX also provided
excellent customer care during customer engagements as the lead contact for tool support.
